Community.  To apply for service, please come in or contact our office by phone.  To save time you can print out and complete the Application for Water Service, Water Users Agreement, Notify Remind Me Forem and if applicable, the Right of Way Easement and Bank Draft Authorization.  For our fees and required documents, please see the Rates, Charges and Required Documents Form.  You can find these below and under the Forms and Reports tab above.  We look forward to serving your water needs.
